(a) information that you provide to us when you apply to use the services and benefits for applying and/or becoming a client of Damp Squid Co, and any associated processes or tracking, or in use of this website or to fill out forms on the Site;

(b) information about you which you include in any e-mails or letters that you send to us,

(c) information about your usage of the Site; and

(d) information that our website host service may collect about your computer, which may include your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers (statistical data about’ browsing actions and patterns that does not identify any individual).

When you apply to, or become a Client, as part of the process to keep you safe and to comply to all requisite legislation and the demands of our insurance, we collect the personal information such as your including but not limited to name, address and email address.

We may use your information in the following ways:

(a) to ensure that content from our Site is presented in the most effective manner for you and your computer.

(b) to provide customer service to you in relation to your use of the Site, to deal with enquiries and complaints relating to the use of the club and/ or Site.

(c) notify you every now and again about important changes to the Site or the club;
(d) to administer, support, improve, optimise, and develop our Site.

(e) for internal marketing and demographic studies to improve the products and services that we provide; and

(f) for security purposes.

(g) to communicate with the legal representing bodies (such as, but not limited to police, local authority etc) to provide information as required to do so by law

(h) Email marketing: In providing your email address you grant consent for us to email you on all club business and your membership, we may send you emails about club service, safety news, and other updates.

If you do not want to receive such marketing communications, please let us know using the contact form on our website www.dampsquid.biz .  We do not present or share information with third parties unless so required by law.

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to and stored in a secure vault that can only be accessed by a member of Damp Squid Co who maybe engaged in, among other things, the management, legal compliance, or the compliance of the business. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

By visiting our Site, applying for membership and/or registering your details you consent to us collecting, storing, using and (if applicable) transferring your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy.
